WHO recommendations - all exercise counts
For the first time in over 10 years WHO has updated their physical activity guidelines. Focus is on the fact that it all exercise counts
It is not always ease to find the motivation to exercise.
The World Health Organization WHO has for the first time in 10 years, updated their recommendations for physical activity with a focus on - every movement counts.
In other words. It does not necessarily require that you lace up your running shoes or need to sweat in order to be physically active. A good walk, dancing on the living room floor, gymnastics and the bike ride to work also count.

- Physical activity of any type, and any duration can improve health and wellbeing. It can also be dancing, playing, gardening and cleaning.

We are still planning to inspire in 2021-2022. It is more difficult to plan a trip where COVID-19 has become part of everyday life.
