• The start is from Flensburg Harbor, Schiffbrucke 30, D-24939 Flensburg
• In Flensburg, starting numbers can be picked up from 1 hour before your start time

• Start times from Flensburg are between 7:00-8:00
• Your personal start time will be sent per. mail approx. 1 week before the race

Race regulations

• Participation takes place at your own risk
• Helmet must be used at all distances
• The Road Traffic Act must be observed at all times
• It is not permitted to use tri-equipment on the bicycle
• We do not have age limits at DGI Hærvejsløbet. However, children under the age of 15 can only participate with an adult
